Rasha Bowl makes traditional Meals like Dosa, Idly, Upma, Biriyani etc from healthy ingredients like Millets, multi grains, Red rice, Navara rice, Brown Rice etc. Millets for example are rich in essential nutrients, the Fiber content helps in good digestive health, better bowel movements and has antioxidant properties. Navara rice has medicinal properties and red rice contains valuable nutrients such as Fiber, antioxidants, and minerals.
